Alive Studio's services are intended for personal development, educational, and general wellness purposes.
They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for determining whether an offering is appropriate for you and for seeking professional medical or mental health guidance when needed.
Some experiences may involve physical movement, breathwork, meditation, emotional expression, sound, or other practices that can be physically or emotionally activating. You are responsible for listening to your body, communicating relevant concerns, and choosing your level of participation.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have a history of serious physical or mental health conditions, or have concerns about participating safely, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Participation in Alive Studio offerings is voluntary.
You understand that personal development and experiential practices can sometimes bring up strong physical sensations, emotions, memories, or personal insights. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, actions, and decisions during and after participation.
No particular personal, professional, emotional, health, relationship, or financial outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Prices for sessions, programs, events, retreats, and other offerings will be displayed on the website or communicated before purchase.
Payment may be required in full or according to a payment plan specified for a particular offering.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the offering.
Any specific cancellation or refund terms presented during booking or registration will apply to that purchase.
For individual sessions, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in circumstances where Alive Studio chooses to make an exception.
Tickets for workshops, group experiences, events, and retreats may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation policies communicated at the time of registration.
If Alive Studio needs to cancel or significantly reschedule an offering, participants will be informed of the available options, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund.
We aim to create experiences that are respectful, welcoming, and supportive.
When participating in group offerings, you agree to treat facilitators and other participants with respect and to avoid behavior that is disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
Alive Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary to protect the wellbeing, safety, or integrity of an individual, group, or experience.
Alive Studio will treat personal information shared during individual sessions with care and discretion, subject to applicable law and the limitations described in our Privacy Policy.
In group experiences, participants may hear personal information shared by others. We ask all participants to respect the privacy of the group and not share another participant's personal story or identifying information outside the experience without permission.
However, because group participants are independent individuals, Alive Studio cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website and materials provided through Alive Studio offerings, including text, exercises, frameworks, graphics, recordings, worksheets, course materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Alive Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use materials provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from Alive Studio materials without prior written permission.
