About Lisa Ingrid

I work with women who are ready to come home to themselves.

I'm Lisa Ingrid, founder of Alive Studio. I'm a transformational guide and facilitator bringing together career and life coaching with nervous system regulation, embodied practices, breathwork, and the healing arts.

I've spent 14 years working in tech, global marketing, and leadership. So I know the pace, the pressure, the constant thinking, and what it's like to care deeply about your work while having less and less of yourself left for the rest of your life.

Today, I bring those worlds together. My work is warm, playful, deeply human, and grounded in the belief that you shouldn't have to choose between being ambitious and feeling good in your life.

How I got here.

I want to say something clearly at the start: I loved my career.

For 14 years, I worked in tech and global marketing, building programs, leading teams, and navigating plenty of high-pressure moments. I loved the creativity, the people, the problem-solving, and the feeling of building something impactful. And part of me still misses it.

I also know what it's like when constant pressure turns into chronic stress and starts to cost too much. I've experienced burnout myself, and learned the hard way what happens when you keep pushing through and overriding what your body is trying to tell you.

I also became curious about the patterns and pressure that weren't coming from the outside. The perfectionism, overachieving, and internal expectations that could make an already demanding environment feel even more demanding. I began examining my relationship with achievement itself - what was driven by passion and purpose, and what I was ready to relate to differently.

For years, I studied and explored different approaches to personal growth and wellbeing - from coaching and meditation to nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatics, movement, energy healing, sound, plant medicine, and embodied connection. They helped me shift deeper patterns, build a healthier relationship with achievement, feel calmer and more grounded even in stressful environments, and reconnect with myself.

Over time, I found a more sustainable way to pursue my ambitions.

Not as an escape from ambition. As a way to live it differently.

A way that allowed me to thrive professionally while having more energy for my relationships, passions, creativity, joy, and a life I genuinely loved.

I started noticing how many women around me were struggling with the same things I had learned to navigate. That planted the seed for Alive Studio.

When my corporate chapter shifted in early 2026, I took the opportunity to go deeper, traveling through Bali and Thailand for intensive training in breathwork, BioDevelopment, sound healing, and other embodied practices.

Alive Studio brings together two parts of my life that once looked very different: the strategic, ambitious woman who loved building a career, and the woman who has spent years exploring what helps us feel grounded, connected, healthy, joyful, and fully alive.

I work with ambitious women because I am one.

What I believe about this work.

I don't believe you need to choose between a meaningful career and a fulfilling life. Between success and feeling good. Between achievement and aliveness.

In fact, I think taking better care of yourself can help you thrive at work, too.

When you're less stressed and more present, you have more space to think clearly. To make good decisions. To lead. To innovate. To be creative. To listen. To respond instead of react. To notice your limits before you've already blown past them.

And when the workday is over, you have more of yourself left for the rest of your life.

That's the part I care about just as much.

Being able to be with your friends and actually be there. To have energy for the things you're passionate about. To move, play, create, love, explore, laugh, rest. To remember that there is so much more to you than your job.

You don't have to choose between your ambition and your wellbeing.

Ultimately, I think this work is about knowing yourself well enough to notice when you've drifted, and having ways to find your way back.

Back to your body.
Back to what you feel.
Back into your heart.
Back to what matters to you.
Back to your truth.
Back to the parts of yourself that can get quieter when life becomes very full.

Because there's no better feeling than that moment when you recognize yourself again.

The Aliveness Approach

The Aliveness Approach brings together the practices and principles that have helped me create a healthier, more grounded way of working and living. It's not a rigid formula. It's a whole-person approach built around six interconnected pillars - because how you handle stress, relate to your body, express yourself, connect with others, and live outside of work all shape how you feel and how you show up.

Regulation

Learning nervous system regulation practices that help you navigate pressure, recover from stress, come back to a more grounded state, and show up with greater presence and capacity at work and in life.

Embodiment

Getting out of your head and back into your body, where you can reconnect with your feelings, needs, limits, intuition, and the signals that are easy to override when you're always pushing through.

Release

Becoming more aware of patterns and ways of operating that may be draining you, like perfectionism, people-pleasing, overachieving, or pushing past your limits, and shifting the ones that are keeping you stressed, depleted, or stuck.

Expression

Making space for your emotions, voice, creativity, ideas, passions, personality, and the parts of you that make you you, so you can express yourself more freely and bring more of who you are into your work, relationships, and life.

Connection

Becoming more present with yourself and the people around you, with more space for relationships, friendships, community, belonging, and genuine human connection.

Alignment

Getting clearer on what actually matters to you and making more intentional choices about your career, relationships, boundaries, priorities, and how you spend your time and energy.

Together, these six pillars help you pursue your ambitions without losing touch with your wellbeing, relationships, creativity, joy, and everything else that makes you feel alive.
